Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Plan Longevity (ABN 15 968 653 745) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information, including sensitive health information. We are based in Sydney, Australia, and we are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Contact: admin@planlongevity.com.

2. What this covers

This policy applies to the Life Athlete Score assessment, the Life Athlete Coach (our WhatsApp AI coaching service), our website, and any related onboarding. Our services are for adults (18+) only — we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. The information we collect

We collect only what we genuinely use to coach you. This may include:

Sensitive information (which includes health information) is given a higher level of protection under the Privacy Act. We collect it only with your consent and only where it is reasonably necessary to deliver your coaching.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to generate your Life Athlete Score and personalised coaching; deliver day-to-day coaching; let Julian and the team review and adjust your program and step in when a human is needed; communicate with you; process your subscription; and improve the quality and safety of our coaching. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

5. Automated processing by AI

Your Life Athlete Coach is an AI coaching service. To generate responses, your coaching profile and the messages you send are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model) on overseas servers (see Section 7). A human reviews your coaching setup and is available for escalations — you are never left solely with an automated system for the decisions that matter.

6. Where your information is stored

We deliberately keep as little data as possible in systems we run ourselves. Most of your information lives inside established providers that specialise in securing it:

We restrict who can access these systems, use access controls and credential rotation, and limit the health information we hold to what your coaching requires.

7. Overseas disclosure

Several of the providers above store or process data outside Australia (including in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union). By using our services and providing your information, you consent to this overseas processing. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy protections.

8. Consent

When you provide health information, we ask for your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at admin@planlongevity.com — though without certain information we may not be able to deliver personalised coaching.

9. Your rights — access, correction, and deletion

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong or out of date, and request deletion of your information. To make any of these requests, email admin@planlongevity.com. We will action requests within a reasonable time and confirm when done. Some information may be retained where the law requires (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

10. How we keep your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including access controls, credential rotation, limiting who can view sensitive health fields, and relying on processors with their own security certifications. No system is perfectly secure, but we minimise what we hold and protect what we do.

11. Data breaches

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

12. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide your coaching and meet legal obligations. If you cancel and ask us to delete your data, we action it per Section 9.

13. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at admin@planlongevity.com and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
